Your safety is most important to us and all at Lansdowne Place. We are operating under the latest government restrictions.  Our Health & Safety standards follows National and International guidelines and best practice.

Precautions

• We operate strictly by appointment and only one viewing will take place at any allotted time.
• On arrival temperature checks will be taken.
• Hand sanitizing stations are in place at the entrance to the building and in each show apartment.
• All show apartments will be fully ventilated with open windows while you are visiting. 
• Masks are mandatory and must cover your mouth and nose while visiting.
• We may limit the access to the residential amenities depending on what level of government restrictions are in place at the time of your visit.
• Contact tracing details will be taken when booking an appointment with the agent.

A socially distanced consultation with the agent can be accommodated outdoors after viewing or if you prefer this can be done in a virtual way.  Just ask your agent when making an appointment.
